🧾 Ingredients (Makes about 10–12 crepes):

  • 1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup (240 ml) milk
  • ½ cup (120 ml) sparkling water or regular water
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Optional: 1 tsp sugar and ½ tsp vanilla extract (for sweet version)
