- Bacon
- Tomatoes, ripe and juicy
- Lettuce
- Mayonnaise
- Salt

- Start by cooking the bacon until it’s nice and crispy. Drain it on a paper towel while you get everything else ready.
- Toast your bread slices until they’re golden and just the way you like them.
- Spread a generous layer of mayonnaise on one side of each toasted slice.
- On one slice, layer fresh lettuce leaves, your crispy bacon, and thick slices of tomato.
- Sprinkle a little salt and pepper over the tomatoes to bring out their best flavor.
- Place the second slice of bread on top, mayonnaise side down, to finish your sandwich.
- Slice your sandwich in half and serve it up while that bacon’s still warm.
